Terms of Service

• Tubers will be shipped in April, or once the danger of freezing has past.

• Tubers are sold as a single (1) tuber, not a clump.

• Tubers vary great in size and shape. The size of tubers shipped will be the size of your pinky finger or larger. Each tuber will be inspected to ensure that it has a least one visible eye.

• We guarantee each tuber to be viable and have an eye upon shipping. Once you receive your order it is 100%, up to you to care for and plant it properly. If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your tuber, or if was damaged in transit, please contact us within 1 week from the date you receive your order for a refund or replacement. You will need to email photos to coolspringgarden@gmail.com. We are not responsible for improper storage, care or growing conditions.

• If you are local and would like to pickup your order, please select PICKUP at checkout.

• We do not ship outside the United States.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.
